We are very proud of the accommodation and service we offer at MetroPark.
Both my partner and I live at MetroPark and are always on hand, should any unforeseen problems occur.
When you decide to rent an apartment from us you need have no worries, since we are just a phone call away. If any of our guests have a problem it will be dealt with immediately - or within the hour if we are not on site at the time.
Our policy is: "If you have a problem, we have a problem".
Personal Service
Suvarnabhumi Airport.
A number of our guests have said that coming to a foreign country for the first time can be a bit daunting.
As a "farang" (foreigner) myself I can understand that.
As a farang you may be seen as "easy prey" by some of the unscrupulous non-official operators at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
With this in mind - we have decided to offer an optional pick-up service (at Suvarnabhumi Airport).
You will be met at the arrivals gate - after you go through immigration - and driven directly to MetroPark.
The journey to MetroPark from Suvarnabhumi will be made by either, air-conditioned Mini Bus of a specially hired (Large) taxi (depending on availability). All Expressway Tolls will be paid by us.
All you need to do is sit back, relax, and take-in some of the amazing sights of this beautiful city.
The cost of this service varies according to your time of arrival:
6.00am. to 10.00pm. - THB1,000
10.00pm. to 6.00am. - THB1,500

Please Note: On arrival at MetroPark, DO NOT pay the driver. We will take care of that and include the cost on your invoice.
What do you get for your Baht?
- You can choose between a Studio, a 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom apartment.
- Each guest is provided with a Magnetic Access card & P.I.N. (in order to gain access to the building)
- Guests are also provided with a P.I.N. for the Electronic Latch on the apartment Entrance Door and a key for the Mechanical Deadlock
- Each guest will receive a key to their own personal mail box
- If there are two people sharing - two Magnetic Access cards and two sets of keys will be provided - at no extra charge.
- Each of our apartments are fully furnished & equipped.
- All bed linens and towels are provided
- Each apartment is Wi/Fi ready and a Wi/Fi card is provided - free of charge.
- There are absolutely NO bills to pay - all utility bills are paid by us.
- All guests will receive immediate service - in the unlikely event that problems occur
