- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 2 cups green jackfruit flesh (cooked)

- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ cup golden raisins
- 16 ounces sour cream
- ¾ to 1 cup toasted walnuts – optional

- ¼ cup scallions, chopped
- ¼ cup onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 full tsp finely diced ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp cloves
